A few suggestions:

Fix it so that there's not a big black box in the middle of the screen throughout the entire cartoon or make the toon the right size so that the box actually forms a border, if that's what you're trying to do.

Don't use your crappy computer microphone. The sound is horrible.

Make it longer, and put more detail into things.

yeah im sorry bout the size bein all weird but this is my first awkward sized animation on newgrounds.
deviantart resizes it for you, newgrounds doesnt.

im actually using the mic on my webcam. im only 15, i cant afford a better mic.

its short because i only have a limited amount of jokes and i cant use all of them in one animation.
